The standard DIN ISO 9001:2000 envisages
a process-oriented structure of QM-systems. The main
requirement of this standard is the process-oriented
arrangement of the company and thus of the QM-system.
This means that all departments and functions of the
company are considered with regard to their coaction.
Because quality is not the task of one department,
but it is the task of the complete company.
Due to this quality for our
company means the complete compliance to
customer?s expectations, needs and requests.
The benchmark for the quality
of our products and services is solely
set by the customer.
QM-implementation
Constitution of such a process-oriented QM-system is not possible without support by means of tools. As a tool for a Stemmann-Technik-standardised method for process-documentation and -modelling serves the ARIS-toolset.
Senior intention of working with ARIS is the standardised documentation of business processes valid for all of Stemmann-Technik (standardised STEMMANN-model).
